Leadership Cultivation Committee

The Leadership Cultivation Committee (LCC) works to develop leadership capacity in our congregation; nominates members for elected leadership positions on the Board, the Special Purposes Fund (SPF), and the LCC; and suggests leaders for other positions as requested.

Current Members are: Mary Craig (board representative), Steven Gilbert, Daniel Reed, Kathleen Sideli, Von Welch (chair), Anabel Watson (ex officio), and Rev. Susan Frederick-Gray (ex officio).
