Scheduling a Meeting or Event
- Arrange what time you will be meeting (ex. From 12 p.m. - 3 p.m.)
- Speculate which room you would like to meet in.
- Consider what resources your meeting might require.
- Review the calendar here to determine availability of rooms in the building.
- If your event will include a fundraiser, please fill out an application to fundraise as well.

Whether you're planning a meeting, setting up a fundraiser, or something else, scheduling anything to happen in the church building starts with this form.
- If this event is intended to happen in Fellowship Hall during Community Hour, fill out this form instead.
