July 16, 2023: “Love is patient; love is kind…,” but can love also be transformative?: Expanding the 1 Corinthians love passage

Madison Colquette Profile Photo

1 Corinthians 13:4--8, often referred to as the 'love passage,' is part of the apostle Paul’s first letter to the church in Corinth. Does Paul, writing to the church in Corinth in the 1st century CE, have something useful to say here that we might find meaning in as we live into our faith as Unitarian Universalists now?

Madison Colquette is a member of UUCB and seminarian at Meadville Lombard Theological School.
