Historically, freedom, reason, and tolerance have characterized the Unitarian movement as “necessary conditions for the fullest development of religious thought and life.” Yet, these are imperfect virtues. How do we reframe freedom, reason, and tolerance for twenty-first century Unitarian Universalism?
